Since 2004, LEB has been convening emerging and established community leaders and helps them build lasting professional relationships and increase their sphere of influence as they are linked to a wide range of key community leaders, agencies, and organizations. This highly interactive program consists of lectures, discussions, hands-on workshops, and tours that explore community institutions in sectors such as Arts & Culture - Economic Development - Education - Environment - Government - Human Services.  Another key component of the program is exploration of key leadership skills, such as Change Management - Participatory Group Facilitation - Your Personal Leadership Journey - Personality Typing - Team Development.
