I wanted to pass on this great resource for nonprofit organizations:  Free Nonprofit Training & Consultation on Burnout and Motivation. 

I highly recommend Rose who currently works as an Assistant Director at California Social Work Education Center. Rose has worked for many years as a career counselor, navigating clients' hardships with life transitions & acculturation traumas, anxiety, imposter syndrome, and interpersonal conflict. Her current training specializes in a form of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) that, in theory, is brief (session-limited) and highly collaborative between the client and therapist.
