Hello colleagues, 

I can't say enough good things about YES Nature to Neighborhoods, my favorite nonprofit. 

The organization and the people in it (including the board members) are down to earth, intentional, equity-focused, and grounded in love and joy. I've had the good fortune to work as a consultant with Eric Aaholm and Devika Saxena over the past several years to launch a capital campaign to rebuild their headquarters in Richmond into a larger, nature-infused community center for youth and adult leaders. 

YES is looking for their next Development Director, who will start in January. (The previous director moved to another state for family reasons.) If you know anyone who would like to join YES and partner with me to finish out this exciting campaign (75% to goal), please do encourage them to apply soon.
