The Third Space: Gestalt Therapy Group (Low-cost)

Hello there,

There is a low-cost Gestalt Therapy Group coming up at Church Street Integral Counseling Center in Noe Valley, San Francisco, running on Wednesdays from 6 pm to 8 pm, April 15th to May 20th 2026. Cost: $120 for all 6 weeks, $20 for each session. 

The Third Space, Gestalt Therapy Group, A group for people exploring relationships to self, and others, and life itself.

Have you often struggled to distill and articulate your feelings while in the presence of others? Do you desire to embody more balance, ease, and trust with those around you? In this group, we invite the exploration of the psychological impact of relational power imbalances. This group may be a good fit for you if you have had the experience of losing your sense of self in close relationships – romantic, platonic, or professional. In The Third Space, we will create space for new relational possibilities as they emerge between us, while inviting the cultivation of self-trust and the possibility of strengthening our tolerance for relational differences and tensions.
