District Management Group (DMGroup) partners with public school district leaders to help them improve student outcomes, operational efficiency, and resource allocation. DMGroup seeks Performance Coaches to become part of the Breakthrough Results Teams. By focusing on iterative cycles of change, 10 weeks is all it takes for measurable results and meaningful impact. Performance Coaches work with 3-5 teams for 10-week cycles, providing individual and team coaching as well as real-time, practical professional development grounded in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
