NRG Consulting Group is helping America Is All In hire a Managing Director, International Engagement to join their team to lead their international strategy at a pivotal moment in U.S. climate diplomacy.

All In is building strategic partnerships with U.S. and global allies to strengthen action on climate and clean energy at the state and local levels, and elevate U.S. subnational climate leadership on the international stage. 

The Managing Director will help decide where All In shows up internationally, who it partners with, and what U.S. subnational actors need to be credible and effective on the global stage. That means everything from advising a leader before a bilateral, building the Ambassadors program, and overseeing a unified delegation and pavilion at COPs and other events.

A strong candidate brings:

• 10+ years in international climate policy or diplomacy

• Deep familiarity with COP and the broader international climate ecosystem

• Experience staffing and advising senior principals

• A track record of managing teams, senior advisors, and complex multi-stakeholder partnerships

• Comfort building in a lean, startup-style environment

This is a remote position in the U.S. with a salary range of $175,100–$209,090 based on years of experience, plus a competitive benefits package. The preferred deadline to submit an application is 6/4/2026.
