Position Summary
Leadership for Educational Equity seeks a Coordinator to support the Talent, Learning, Culture team. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Equity + Operations, the Coordinator will manage the logistical, operational and communication details for the entire team and directly support the team’s senior leadership. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong organizational and logistical experience. Additionally, this role provides many opportunities to hone professional skills, build knowledge, and gain unique perspectives by working alongside ambitious colleagues and dynamic senior leaders.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, and an ability to create systems and document best practices to ensure we are constantly learning, improving, and developing ways to work more efficiently. The Coordinator needs to exercise strong judgment in responding to questions, trouble-shooting problems, and flagging issues for other team members as needed. Finally, the Coordinator will need to successfully build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including other staff at LEE, our members, Teach For America staff, and other partner organizations.
