Position Summary
The User Experience Team within the Technology team seeks an entry level Email Assistant to help execute LEE’s national, regional, and team-based email campaigns and strategies to engage over 35,000+ LEE members. The Assistant will execute all LEE email for both national and regional teams by setting up HTML emails in LEE’s email platform, Pardot, and building lists within Pardot or LEE’s database system, Salesforce, to import into/sync with Pardot. This person will also help the Email Manager manage email subscription and suppression lists and maintain data integrity in LEE’s email platforms. The Assistant will work closely with the communications team and other team’s at LEE who create email content to ensure emails go out by their intended timeline with appropriate formatting to the correctly targeted audience.

Travel Requirements: 10%
Work Hours: Flexible hours, with occasional weekends and evenings required; expected full time temporary work throughout 2017 with potential for permanent hire
