Position Summary
The Talent, Learning, Culture (TLC) team drives and sustains the impact of LEE as an employer of choice through acquiring, engaging, and developing high quality, high potential, future-oriented, diverse talent. This team is responsible for talent recruitment, selection and onboarding, staff performance management, and professional development, as well as building an organization-wide culture based on our core values, talent and mission.
The Director, Talent Equity + Operations (TEO) reports to the Senior Director, Talent, Learning, Culture (TLC) and serves as the team’s “chief of staff” and impact multiplier. The Director, TEO partners closely within the TLC team to work on a range of talent-related equity and operations initiatives aimed at driving and fostering a high-performing, diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture. This Director is responsible for driving and developing the alignment of Talent, Learning, Culture work streams through the identification of process improvements, and streamlining of core functional business initiatives. This role will partner across the TLC team and LEE enterprise to ensure new and existing priorities are designed striving for harmonization, efficiency, cost effectiveness, and alignment. The successful candidate approaches their work through a diversity and inclusion lens and works across the LEE enterprise to support the central operations and analytics of the team
