NRG Consulting Group is helping the Families & Workers Fund hire an Administrative Assistant and an Operations Associate to support overall organizational operations. The Families & Workers Fund is bringing together diverse partners to collaborate and make philanthropic investments to deliver good jobs, fight poverty and increase opportunity for hundreds of thousands of workers and families.   

Here’s a snapshot of the positions:

• Administrative Assistant: 

• Salary: $60,000-$70,000 benefits

• Location: Remote, EST

• Reports to: YK Vandekamp, Director of Philanthropy & Operations

• Who Should Apply: Executive Assistants, Administrative Associates, Development Associates, Non-Profit Operations Staff, Non-Profit Support Staff

• Operations Associate: 

• Salary: $75,000-$85,000+ benefits

• Location: Remote, EST

• Reports to: YK Vandekamp, Director of Philanthropy & Operations

• Who Should Apply: Administrative Associates, Grant Associates, Development Associates, Non-Profit Operations Staff, Non-Profit Support Staff
