Development Manager at Protecting Immigrant Families, $90,000 - $100,000, Remote

NRG Consulting Group is helping the Protecting Immigrant Families Coalition (PIF) hire a Development Manager.  PIF works to unite more than 800 organizations nationwide to fight for a more prosperous, more inclusive, and better future where immigrants and their families thrive and everyone has access to life's essentials.

The Development Manager, reporting to the Executive Director, will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and coordination of PIF’s institutional fundraising and early individual giving efforts.  Ideal candidates have: 

• 5+ years of fundraising experience, specifically in grant writing and interfacing with institutional philanthropies, in the nonprofit, political, or social justice sector

• Experience supporting individual giving or major donor programs

• Familiarity with fundraising CRMs and donor databases

• Experience working in immigration rights, health equity, or anti-poverty movements

This is a remote position and the salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 plus generous benefits.
