NRG Consulting Group is helping UTEC hire a Social Justice Program Manager. UTEC is a youth development and social justice organization. Their mission is to ignite and nurture the ambition of young adults to trade violence and poverty for social and economic success.

The Social Justice Program Manager, reporting to the Director of Education, will support young adults in building leadership, organizing skills, and a strong sense of community through leading hands-on social justice programming. The role also leads youth-driven initiatives like candidate forums and coalition work, connecting UTEC to local and statewide partners.

The successful candidate has 2+  years of direct service experience with youth as well as strong interest in building power among low-income people of color to fight for social, economic and racial justice. This is a full time position in Lowell, MA. The salary is $65,000 plus benefits.
