NRG Consulting Group is helping Children's Advocacy Alliance of Nevada hire an Executive Director. Children's Advocacy Alliance of Nevada works to advance systemic change in the areas of early childhood education, children’s health, and child welfare through collaboration and collective impact within the community.

The Executive Director, reporting to the Board of Directors, will oversee the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization, working to identify the top priorities in each of CCA’s areas of focus and developing an actionable plan for “wins” at each legislative session. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach.

The successful candidate has expertise in at least one of CAA’s focus areas, as well as 5+ years senior nonprofit management experience and 7+ years policy/legislative experience. The ideal candidate is experienced in working with a Board of Directors, and has proven ability to envision and convey the organization’s strategic future to diverse stakeholders. 

This is an onsite position in Las Vegas, and the salary range is $100,000-$110,000 plus benefits.  CAA will help people relocate to Las Vegas.
