San Francisco Achievers has a current opening for a Development Manager. The mission of SFA is to support African American young men in the Bay Area through scholarships, comprehensive educational programs, career exploration, and personal development initiatives, empowering them to achieve their full potential.

The Development Manager will help grow and sustain our impact across the city. This role will lead fundraising efforts, steward donor relationships, and support institutional giving to ensure our young men have access to the programs, mentorship, and scholarships they deserve. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a relationship-driven, mission-aligned leader passionate about advancing educational and career outcomes for Black young men in San Francisco. The salary range for this role is $90,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience.
