I'm reaching out to share an opportunity with Vote Mama,  a multi-entity organization focused on building the political power of moms. We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and mission-driven Senior Director of Communications to join our growing team. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape the national conversation around family-friendly policies and women’s political leadership while elevating the public profile of our Founder and CEO.

In this role, you will lead a comprehensive communications strategy across our three entities—Vote Mama PAC, Vote Mama Foundation, and Vote Mama Lobby—and manage messaging and visibility efforts for our Founder and CEO. We’re looking for someone who thrives in high-visibility, high-stakes environments, who brings deep knowledge of the political and media landscape, and who is excited to lead powerful messaging efforts that connect policy, advocacy, and lived experience.

The salary range is $130-150,000 with comprehensive benefits, including generous paid leave and parental leave policies, office-wide shutdowns including Summer Fridays, ability to work from home, 3% match on 401K, home-office stipend, and employer-funded health insurance. 

This is a remote position, with up to 10% travel, with a preference for candidates working in EST and CT time zones.
