NRG Consulting Group is helping Working America hire a Media Director to engage and mobilize working-class people through compelling, evidence-based storytelling. This is a great role for someone who loves building systems, leading teams, testing ideas, and working in a highly collaborative environment while making a huge impact in the Midterms and beyond.

Working America works to recruit and mobilize people who do not have a union on the job in support of working families’ issues. Across the country, they help working people hold elected officials, tax-dodging corporations and Wall Street accountable for their actions.

The Media Director should be a data-informed creative and  strong people manager with 10+ years of media experience who thrives in a fast moving environment working closely with an entirely person team.  The team is located in DC and the salary range starts at $155,304 and includes generous benefits.
