NRG Consulting Group is helping UTEC hire a Senior Director of Policy.  UTEC is a youth development and social justice organization. Their mission is to ignite and nurture the ambition of young adults to trade violence and poverty for social and economic success.

UTEC is seeking a bold, relationship-driven Senior Director of Policy to help advance racial, social, and economic justice in Massachusetts and beyond. This role leads UTEC’s local and state policy and advocacy strategy, with a current focus on reentry, gun violence intervention, and criminal justice reform. The Director of Policy represents UTEC at the Statehouse and in key coalitions.

The successful candidate has 5-7 years of policy experience and a strong familiarity with the Massachusetts political landscape. This is a hybrid position based in Lowell, MA and the salary range is $95,000-$110,000 plus benefits.
