NRG Consulting Group is helping Movement Voter Project hire a Regional Philanthropic Director, West to join their team. MVP funds local organizing and movement-building groups working to shift culture, win power, and shape policy.

The Regional Philanthropic Director, West, reporting to the CDO, will lead a team of philanthropic advisors that fuels flexible, high-impact funding for grassroots organizing and movement-building groups across the country. They will also own and grow a portfolio of donors capable of giving $10,000+ annually.

Ideal candidates have: 

• 5+ years of experience in major gifts or philanthropic advising, including managing donor relationships of $100K+ annually.

• Deep mission alignment and a passion for working at the intersection of organizing, social movements, and electoral politics.

• The ability to independently manage a team and portfolio while partnering effectively across teams.

This position is based in the San Francisco Bay area and the salary range is $140k-$170k plus benefits.
