Position Summary
The Talent, Learning, Culture (TLC) team drives and sustains the impact of LEE
as an employer of choice through acquiring, engaging, and developing high
quality, high potential, future-oriented, diverse talent. This team is
responsible for talent recruitment, selection and onboarding, staff performance
management and professional development, and building an organization-wide
culture based on our core values, talent and mission.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and Strategy, the Manager,
Human Resources supports the central human resources function of LEE by
ensuring effective, efficient, and compliant systems and processes in four
domains: 1) Payroll Administration, 2) Benefits and Total Rewards
Administration, 3) Administrative Onboarding and Exiting, and 4) Talent
Acquisition Support.
The Manager, Human Resources will be an entrepreneurial, collegial, and
