Grants & Contracts Manager at the Water Foundation, $93k-$104k, Remote (PST strongly preferred)

NRG Consulting Group is helping the Water Foundation hire a Grants and Contracts Manager. The Water Foundation works to support lasting water solutions for communities, economies, and the environment. The Foundation complements strategic grantmaking with creative field-building and engagement with high-level decision makers and community leaders and helps funders identify and act on opportunities to better manage water.

The Grants and Contracts Manager, reporting to the Chief Finance and Operations Officer, will ensure the effective operations, compliance, and administrative aspects of the Water Foundation’s outgoing grants and contracts. The Manager serves as an administrative point of contact with grantees and consultants ensuring grant applications are complete, responding to inquiries, and providing support for the grants management system. They will also be responsible for ensuring grants and contracts are tracked accurately in the foundation’s financial tracking systems.

The successful candidate has five years’ experience in grants and contract management with experience tracking lobbying preferred. They’re able to balance multiple deadlines, have exceptional organizational and communication skills, and take initiative to improve systems and see projects through to completion. This is a remote position, with residence in the Pacific time zone strongly preferred,  and the salary range is $93,000-104,000 plus benefits.
