Hello yMWIA management members,

I hope this email finds you well. I'm expecting this "google groups" will be a place to communicate  among us.

Today  I would like to introduce Joy Ji Eun Shim, a medical student of EWHA MEDICAL WOMAN'S UNIVERSITY, who had multiple international experiences in global organization before and is willing to work with us. I met her during the congress and she has a potential to become a core member and can contribute to yMWIA. My suggestion is to give her a new position for division of medical students in yMWIA as one of the executives. As Linda, Seung Yun and Rosemary already agreed on this,  please give your opinions. For reference, I've attached her great resume here.

Sincerely,

Deborah

Hello Ladies,
first of all, a warm welcome to the new exec members. Welcome aboard, and we hope to have an exciting and fruitful period with you.
It would be great if, whoever has it, could send me the new additions to the Mailing list so I can update. Your welcome letter should also be supplied to the current members, which is not the case thusfar, so maybe you could send me an official Version so that I can circulate it.

Concerning the Addition of a new member, of course Joy Ji Eun Shim seams like a wonderful Addition. However, I am unclear on what her objectives would be. Are you planning to subdivide the Group into a students Division and a Young doctors Division? Would that be useful and what is the plan for the separate divisions? I am not at all against new driven members, I merely ask you to contemplate where such a qualified Person could use her skills with the most benefit.

I would like to get in touch with all of you as soon as possible, so maybe we can align our objectives and plan ahead.
It would be nice to hear from you ladies, so far we haven't been in touch.

Have a lovely day!
Charlotte
