Dear Young members

My name is Marcos Arroyo. I am a Professor of geotechnical engineering
at UPC, Barcelona and currently chairing the forthcoming ISC7,
International Conference on Geotechnical and Geophysical Site
Characterization, to be held in Barcelona, Spain, 17 -21 June 2024

The conference is the main event organised by TC102 and, in agreement
with the TC102 chair, Jason de Jong, we would like to feature two Bright
Sparks at the conference

I understand that our committee would be in charge of preliminary
selection and that candidates have to be nominated either by a member
society or by the YMPG

We will have nominations open during this month (June 2023)

I wonder if there is a standard format for nomination proposals

Please let me know if you want to discuss the topic further
