There have been at least 3 different interpretations of LotR with YMMA guys, I think the only constants between them were the Uddins were always the Nazgul.

Another constant which I clearly remember:

Jawad was told he was going to be Gollum. He asked, "who's that?" and we told him. He didn't like it, so we offered, "okay, fine, you can be Sméagol," he said, "yeaaah lemme be Sméagol."

Imran was Saruman. Due to the backstabbing nature of the character, I, director, Peter Jackson, saw him fit that role best.
