Some of Cheesecake Factory's cheesecakes have gelatin of two types.
Some are gelatin from beef. Others are from pork. If you're zabiha only, you would want to avoid both. If you eat beef and chicken outside, well, you do the math.
Here's an actual Email a Muslim sister got from their customer service two years back:

I think I know where the confusion may come in.
Their Original Cheesecake flavor, which is just cheesecake by itself, has beef based gelatin in it.
Reason probably is they wanna make the stand alone cheesecake (which is the real way to enjoy cheesecake if you ask me) have some more oomph to it in relation to the super flavors out there. Or maybe stablization purposes like Jell-O. Who knows?
Some of their flavors are a basic flavor, which would just be the Original with some topping on it (cherry, banana, etc.) If those flavors are using the Original as a base, you'd want to watch out for those, too. Not sure which ones are like that, just saying.
Rule of thumb when you go:
- Take this list with you. I do when I go.
- When in doubt, ask them if the flavor your using is unique or just the Original with a topping on it.
- Don't fart in front of the waitress, you may embarrass yourself.
And don't be a wuss by being afraid to ask. It's your right as an American and your responsibility as a cheesecake lover. I mean, Muslim.
