I recently performed a clean installation of windows 10 but I'm unable to install HP coolsense 2.2, When I launch the installer I get this error: the app has been blocked for security reasons. The dialogue window also says unknow autor.
I had the same problem. My fan was running constantly. I was afraid everything would burn up, so I reverted back to Windows 8. No more fan noise! When HP corrects or updates the Coolsense driver, I will upgrade again to windows 10.
It's on my laptop, but I have no idea whether as to it works or not. I am just trying to delete all bloatware on my HP laptop, but really unsure about this coolsense one and would like to ask if anyone knows anything about and, if they would reccommened installing it.
You have a weird window situation. Portable ACs work in almost any kind of window, and this is the primary reason people consider them: sliding windows or windows blocked by grates are fine, and with the right hardware kit, even casement (crank) windows or sliding patio doors are possible.
