An NGO called Alert  who is doing Yomen Services to  Accident Victims during the Crucial Time in shifting the Patient in Nano Speed

to the Hospitals for treatment  and Save Precious Lives  needs some used Furntiture for their Training Center and Office which is coming up in

T.Nagar, the below mail and their website will give a brief Idea about their activities.  Those of you who are revamping their offices/replacing the with the new furniture please contact them directly to give your Old furnitures, which will be of great use to them. Let us Support a Good Cause which we Can!!

Dear Sridhar, Mala and Vijay,

 

Thanks for your valuable time today. I think it truly was an amazing meeting, and I was literally awestruck to see the Rotary energy @ work.

 

As discussed, I would like to place my appeal for equipping ALERT's office with some basic needs to make it operational. ALERT is not new to any of you and as you may be aware, we were operating from a humble office room at T.Nagar. Now, with ALERT's activities and volunteer base scaling up, we were forced to find a new operational base to accommodate our training and other discussion forums. As all of ALERT's service to society goes out for free,  absolutely free from any commercial motive, the financial and operational sustenance has been purely through philanthropic contributions through patrons like yourselves. I would be most grateful if through your contacts / networks can source any of the below requirements for us at the earliest :

 

Office Chairs = 15

Training chairs ( that comes with movable board on top ) = 20

Tables = 4

Laptops = 2

Hot & cold bubble top water dispenser = 1

Box Files = 10

Plastic folders = 10

5 tube lights with Frames

Dust Bins = 4

Floor Mats = 4

Pin up board = 1

Plywood = 5 sheets

 

 

Sridhar, Vijay et all, we would be more than happy to receive any kind of used items from the above list as long as they are in good working condition :).
