Greetings  dance classmates,

The summer has gotten of to a bang of a start with scorching temps.  That should make for interesting  outdoor dance conditions.   Be sure to take weather/temperature into account as you make your way through the season.

This weekend there are 2 events I wanted to call your attention to . On Fri, 6/27 there is scheduled an outdoor social at Frank Ottomanelli's in Long Island City ( 52-10 Center Boulevard Queens, NY 11101) hosted by Cucala Dance Studio in Queens.  The event's hours are 6p -9p.  This location is one of the most visually impressive venues I have seen in the city.

I detected a bit of confusion in the announcement however and I suggest you might call the school (347) 507-0987 ) for clarification.  The announcement mentions the location,listed in small print at the bottom, but does not include the address, which I have given above.

On Sunday, 6/29, the season's closing outdoor session of Let's Dance, hosted by Joe Borgos and  Piel Canela will be held at Pier 1 in Riverside Park from 6:30p - 9:30p.

Weather both days may be cloudy but temps will be 'danceable'.
