Culinarycouple Quinn and Karen Hatfield are the chef-owners of Los Angeles restaurants Odys + Penelope, The Sycamore Kitchen and The Mighty. The two met while working in the kitchen at Spago Hollywood and after years working within highly acclaimed kitchens in Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco, the couple opened their first project together in 2006, named Hatfield's. After six years of running their Michelin-starred restaurant, in 2012, Karen and Quinn opened The Sycamore Kitchen, followed by the 2015 opening of Odys + Penelope, and the 2017 opening of downtown LA restaurant, The Mighty.

Pizza can be a wildcard for people with allergies. Sometimes crust contains allergens that span beyond just gluten. Luckily Big Daddy's has broken down their most common food items to share which allergens are present in each. As a bonus, they also have a dairy-free vegan Mozzarella option available for individuals with lactose intolerance or other restrictions.

The Alamo Steakhouse has a wide array of accommodations that can be made for individuals with food allergies. From removing marinade from the chicken, to grilling your steak on foil to avoid cross contamination, you have plenty of options and should be able to find one or two to fit your needs. They have also made available a gluten free menu for visitors to simplify the process of narrowing down appropriate choices.

Country Roads isn't just an axe throwing attraction; they also feature a delicious menu from West By God Coal Fired Pizza in their full service restaurant. Because they are a made-from-scratch kitchen, they are able to work around various protein and product allergies. They also do not currently offer any seafood, so shellfish allergies are not a concern.

The team at Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud has gone above and beyond to accommodate guests with allergies, creating a menu for 6 specific types of guests. They have a classic four course feast for guests without allergies, plus meals specifically for vegetarians & vegans, plus gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free visitors. These options encompass everything from breakfast meals to starters, sides, meals, desserts and even sauces!
