Dear YKUC Friends:

A reminder that Wednesdays at the Manse are happening tonight (Jan 21st) and next week (Jan 28th) at 7pm, 5612 50A Avenue. I always look forward to these cozy, small-group times of trying different spiritual practices and having wonderful conversations.

Tonight: Wednesday, January 21st: Introduction to Meditation for Christians Who Have No Idea How to Meditate. Meditation is everywhere these days, but did you know that Christians have had specific meditative practices for centuries? Come and try out the Lectio Divina, the Examen, and more. No one finds meditation more intimidating than me, so if you're nervous, you'll be in safe company!

Wednesday, January 28th: Prayer Beads and Creating Sacred Spaces. Prayer beads for Protestants? It's a thing! Come and find out how to create a prayerful space anywhere you are, or anywhere you go.

(No W@tM on February 4th, as I'm tied up with Tech Week for the Borderless Art Movement. Get your tickets for Romeo and Juliet (the abbreviated version) at NACC on February 6th/7th!)

See you tonight at 7pm.
