A time for change Petition for new grounds keeper

Many folks around have expressed concern that maintenance is a full
time job. With the grounds keeping being unkempt and play structures
which are dilapidated
Mr. Roy is unable to fulfill the duties placed in the condo agreement.
hereby this is a petition to have the position reallocated.

I did not realise we had a maintenance guy. With the conditions of
the roads and parks I thought we have been abandoned for the past few
years.
I know Mike looks after the compound and winter issues, but who is
supposed to fix the crappy roads we have to drive on every day.
