I've been engaged by International Development Group LLC (IDG) to recruit for a Project Manager and Principle Investigator. IDG is currently bidding on an open Federal procurement opportunity, GSA Missing Middle Housing Financing Study, which is funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The study will 1) Contextualize Missing Middle Housing, 2) Describe financing of these developments, and 3) document the policy levers available to local, state, and federal governments to spur development and increase the affordability of this housing type. The anticipated period of performance for this activity is September 15, 2025 through September 16, 2027.

Candidates should have subject matter expertise and experience in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Research Methodology, and/or Real Estate Development Finance, Sociology, Economics or other related disciplines. Previous experience working on housing projects, urban development, or financial studies is highly desirable and a plus!
