My team at DC Parks and Recreation is hiring a new teammate to work on our Land and Water Conservation Fund Portfolio. The application deadline is December 13th. Find more info below!

The team is looking for a motivated Program Analyst who is excited to manage DPR’s projects within the Land and Water Conservation Fund program. The Analyst will be responsible for managing grant applications and project implementation. All projects will be focused on advancing access to outdoor parks, forested greenspace, and recreation. The Analyst also be responsible for conducting community outreach and engagement to update the District’s Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan in accordance with the Land and Water Conservation Program. The Analyst should have experience in environmental science, outdoor planning, outdoor recreation, community engagement, and/or public policy.

The Analyst will work directly with DPR’s Community Planning Team as well as National Park Service’s Land and Water Conservation Fund Program Team.
