DDOT Job Openings - Open Streets Planners

Two (2) exciting opportunities to plan Open Streets and other public space activations throughout the District! Building on two successful Open Streets events on Georgia Avenue since 2019, the District is expanding its Open Streets program to include additional signature Open Streets events on major corridors as well as smaller, more neighborhood-focused Open Streets events. DDOT is hiring two CS-11 Transportation Planners to help with this effort and continue to build the program.

We are looking for passionate candidates with event planning and public space activation experience/interest with a variety of educational backgrounds in areas such as urban planning, marketing, advertising, etc.
