Hi YIPPSters,

If you've ever wondered "who owns that road?" or "who do I need to talk to to fix this street in my community?" or "what the heck is a mncppc, anyway?", this event is for you.

Join the National Capital Region Chapter of APBP, the Association of Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals, and Greater Greater Washington for "DMV Local Government 101", featuring lightning talks by planning professionals and advocates from across the region on the region's local governments, how they work & how to work them.

Next Wednesday evening at Metrobar, just off the MBT at Rhode Island Ave Metro, we'll kick off with a happy hour at 6 and start the presentations at 7.
