This Policy Advisor, Housing and Livable Communities is a subject matter expert who conducts policy research analysis and provides policy guidance to support the development of the organization's public policy priorities and position. Coordinates aspects of key housing and livable communities projects and initiatives, including activities related to the AARP Livability Index, strategic partnerships with industry leaders and resource development. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive public policy campaigns and advocacy strategies. Utilizes extensive research methodologies to conduct primary research and plans and implements research products accordingly.
