Is there an Excel spreadsheet of social events for this year's TRB?

Would like to add these two which are being held jointly.

Hey Steven and YIPPsters, 

Thanks for the reminder! Here's the link to my TRB Reception list, which has been going strong since 2016! Please add the receptions to it. You can check the second and last tabs from previous years to get a sense of who might be hosting this year. I also have a tab for open data sources we hear about at TRB or Transportation Camp, to keep our references fresh! 


I'll add in these ones below and some others this evening. Hope to see you guys there!

Dear YIPPS, 

Let's get social at TRB and Transportation Camp, coming up in the second week of January 2026! Here's the 10th edition of the TRB Social Events & Useful Links spreadsheet (time flies!) for you to add, edit, or share. I have:
  • Highlighted in yellow the hosts and venues from previous years to get us started crowdsourcing social events for this upcoming TRB week. 
  • Added a link to Greg's Roger's list (great sources, just a different format) in the top rows of socials/receptions at TRB. 
  • Kept links to GIS and databases on the last tabs which I've learned about through people and places like these.
    Feel free to add or update the links there, as some of the data sources changed or were unofficially moved with the new administration. 
Thanks and I hope to see you all again at TRB committee meetings (free, open to the public, but reorganized to "better align with federal priorities" this year), Transportation Camp (discount code BLACKFRIDAY2025 until 11/29), or elsewhere!
