I wanted to follow up directly regarding the City of Portsmouth Economic Development Authority's (EDA) Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the redevelopment of the 6-acre Crawford Bay waterfront site in downtown Portsmouth, VA along the Elizabeth River. 

 

This is an opportunity to create a landmark destination for the region that builds upon the City’s significant economic momentum. The EDA is seeking responses from qualified development teams with experience developing mixed-use destinations in prime locations. This effort requires a development partner with sound financials and a track record of delivering complex projects.  Qualified teams that submit successful RFQ responses will be invited to move forward and submit a full proposal during the next phase.
