I am hiring for a TOD-focused Planner/Project Manager on my team at the Washington Metro Area Transit Authority (WMATA) Office of Real Estate & Development. The PM will lead planning studies to support new development and changes to transit facilities at Metrorail stations around the DC region. They will also support projects through the developer solicitation and transit facilities design review processes. This is an excellent position for someone with a strong interest in and experience with transit-oriented development, site planning, land use, transportation, transit planning, zoning, or related.
