A bucket of money from Boulder County’s Affordable and Attainable Housing Tax — in the amount of $750,000 — will go toward the purchase and renovation of two homes in Lafayette, the county has announced. Both homes, previously owned by the Boulder County Housing Authority, were to eventually be added to Boulder’s Regional Affordable Homeownership Program, in which homes sell at below-market-rate prices to buyers who qualify because of income, according to the county. Boulder council delays decision on landscape restrictions

Metro Scales Back Scope of RapidRide K, R Lines
