The Broomfield City Council’s Tuesday night meeting included what’s called a “concept” review of the possible development, which could be a 312-unit apartment complex in the city’s southwest corner. Council members expressed concerns over the proposed development at 11700 Ridge Parkway, including its proximity to the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport and an outdoor firing range used by police departments.
