Weld County officials have repeatedly told an AI company to immediately stop ongoing construction at what could become the biggest data center in the state. Public records requests reveal that the county has repeatedly issued “stop work” orders against Global AI, which is converting the 438-acre former Kodak facility, near Windsor in unincorporated Weld County, into a large data center.
