Setting maxButtonCount in TbGridView for the pager fails

Using any form of 'pager'=>array('maxButtonCount'=>20) in a TbGridView will cause the pager to default to the CLinkPager Theme.
This is possibly related to https://bitbucket.org/Crisu83/yii-bootstrap/issue/26/changing-pager-label-break-style – any idea on how to prevent this?

Yes, you need to define that you want to use TbPager explicitly by setting the "class" attribute.
