Hi team,

Yichao family are planning to leave right after the funeral, as we planned, volunteers may pay some "little money" for them in advance, CMAIN will reimburse later.

CMAIN will deliver the last check on 2,26,2010 by a cashier check, if they leave on 2,28,2010, they will have to close their account on 2,26,2010. So I suggest Nikeman figure out a way to avoid any inconvenience caused by this. maybe cash out (cashier check )all money and close their account in advance?

CMAIN will cease donation event on 2,25,2010 in this case, since we usually not allowed to deliver donation to individual outside of USA due to the policy with IRS.

Again, anyone paid for Yichao family, please get to Nikeman for a reimbursement ASAP think about their bank account may be closed on 2,26,2010.

Please plan this ahead.

Hi Baijie,

I am totally lost. Please forgive my ignorance in accounting. What do
you mean by "reimbursement?" Are you suggesting we give money in cash
to Yichao's family and get the money back from CMAIN? Why would we do
that?

By the way, I will go back to Beijing around mid March. Do you think
if it is going to help if I carry the leftover of donations in cash
(not too much) back and give it to Yichao's family directly? Just a
thought.

Today's cashier check has $6000 usable by 2/25. And rest will be available until 3/4 by Wells Fargo although it is a cashier's check since it is a big amount. I don't know close the account will be possible on 2/26 though. As long as they have the check book, they can always get all the money later on.

抱歉,今天上午DAN说YICHAO家要28号就走，那样的话，他们肯定是要把帐户关闭了再走的，所以，那样，你开出去的（王家帐户的）支票人家就都不能用了，所以我建议你提前先把那个帐户的钱（捐款）兑现出来，然后所有开销都负CASH就好了。

不过DAN 说王家可以11号以前走，那样的话就不着急了，请IGNORE 我关于关闭帐户，用CASH那部分。

关于报销，大家也就有时间了。

CMAIN决定25日终止接受捐款，因为我们要在27号吧所有捐款转交给王家，这样好计算。原因是，我们询问了IRS,翻阅了POLICY, CMAIN的捐款不能转到国外，如果是中国的话，对方必须是国家承认的NPO, 或者是有NPO担保监督款项使用的个人，程序很麻烦，如果又LEFT OVER,也是非常麻烦的手续，不值当的了。所以还不如25日终止捐款。所有款项在美国交接完毕，进入他们在美国的帐户。

所以如果有找CMAIN报销的，请在25日之前提出来，跟我联系，曹丹的$500垫付款，请你予以报销（丧葬费是大头，还是都从你那里走比较好），如果又任何问题我们再商量。

Total is $59xx. It includes: enbalming(shaving beard/hair, body treatment for open casket over the memorial service,  the casket and ash box, death certificate, pay to corner (they charge $160?? so), cremation, memorial service, and moving body and casket to cremation and also all flowers over from memorial service place. And keep the ash for up to one month.

太谷精舍 monk service on 2/27 is "up to you" Shui Yuan. So, Yichao's father is planning to pay them according to whatever he feels comfortable by cash.

周四我会从一超父亲那儿把曹丹垫的钱要回来，然后shopping前我会先让他取$2000现金，希望能够用。现在看起来，用cash的麻烦最少。

周六的安排是：
9点：和尚以及家属到达，开始布置。
10点：开始家祭。
11点：开始公祭。

虽然11点后才对外公开，但一超父亲今天对我说，希望有3位30岁以上的女性能在10点前到。这几位女士是为了不让三位女性家属痛哭过度的，所以一般岁数不能太年轻，而且不能太柔弱。

我会在9点前把一超的四位家属送到殡仪馆，而且我自认为可以handle一超父亲。所以，现在的问题是，哪位女士愿意9：30到？

Everyone worked so hard already. And everyone stayed up so late. I am too old to catch up.
Thanks to James arranged everything in advance. It just so happened since 太谷精舍 asks for location and time for the memorial service. I am just helping.

Xiaomeng, the person you will try to reach today at 1pm is Jay over Spangler.

I can be over the place at 9:30am Saturday morning. Count me be one of the three older ladies. I know the family a bit also.
