Another great week for the site so thank you to everyone. Its only been nine weeks since we 

launched www.algarveauctions.com so we are very pleased with the site's progress.

We have had over 200 listings & now have 120 registered users buying & selling every day. We have had around 30 sales so far which has been brilliant!

First we needed to get the site finished, then getting listings took a few weeks! The final stage now is to attract the buyers which will start this week with our new radio adverts on Kiss FM and in the press. (I have attached the advert to this email if you want to have a listen!)  We are still a small site and want to spread the word so feel free to pass this email on to your family and friends and tell your friends on Facebook etc. It really does help us grow and you the seller as it will help sell your items. We believe the site will be fully operational and running once we get to around 200 users so another few weeks should get us there. 

We currently have fourteen vehicles for sale, eleven listings  in properties, gardening equipment, lots of furniture, sports equipment, art and loads of other interesting items . 

There are now fourteen online stores open on the site selling everything from Ipads, Kindles, pet food, golf gear, musical 

instruments to lingerie and books!! Check out http://www.algarveauctions.com/stores.php  Some of these stores have been created through a new partnership between ourselves and Amazon. We advertise specific items we think you will like in our own site and Amazon handle the checkout and delivery! Even with delivery the savings on Portugal prices can be huge! 

Anyone can open their own online store free and it is ideal for local businesses without a website!!

Coming up soon..... Over the next week the site will be available in many European languages

 including of course Portuguese!!
