YGL volunteer (and represent!) opportunities

Hey YGL National and Bethesda folks!

I need volunteers for two upcoming opportunities to represent YGL.  Please reply to me ASAP as to which one(s) you can commit to.

1) OPM Pathways Day:  This is a half day event hosted by OPM to provide training and development for current Pathways interns/recent grads and PMFs across government.  YGL will have an information table all morning, and serve as ushers and helpers to the OPM staff on the day-of.  

DATE: Mon, November 17, 2014

TIME: Arrive at 7:45am, event starts at 8:30am and we'll conclude at 12:30pm

LOCATION: NIH campus, building 45, Bethesda, MD

I'll provide a list of names to OPM, and send a logistics email closer to the event.

YGL BANNER: I need the YGL banner. Since this is before our next Board meeting, can I make arrangements with someone to get the banner? Who has it?

2) Association of Government Accountants National Leadership Training is a two-day training but they want YGL panelists for a one-hour session on the topic of "Attracting and Retaining Millennials." I am going to participate and new a few more presenters! We will plan the presentation as the event gets closer.

DATE: February 11, 2014

TIME: TBD but in the afternoon (make sure you have the afternoon open)

LOCATION: somewhere in DC
