Accounts ... again

Dear Team,

Thanks fellas for the Comments. Dear Nibin and Jayachech, Both of you have pointed out excellent points after the first mail on the telephone.... and as usual stuff happens I have managed to forget a majority of that you all said. So kindly do mail in your comments to me so i can update them soon. 

I have tried to work around all the comments i have received, but am still stuck. Allow me to explain the pickle i am in:

Fact:

1. I do not have the entire accounts cash or anything. Anish has handed over a lot of bills and books. I merely tried to fill in the blanks with Nibins formatting. 

2. Anish will be arriving by this month end. So we have to be ready to present the same by 8th Aug ( Friday) After auditing,. I have spoken in Blissen. he has to make 2 announcements.

Situations:

1. Voice Hall for March - There is no bill copy of payment of this or the achens approval for the grant in the supplied documents. However, As per the church records, we have taken the grant of AED 750 from the church

2. It may be true that we did not buy the cake at few houses, but i do not have any record of who the sponsors were for the dates mentioned previously.

3. For the picnic, there is no bills related to the food. This apart, As directed, i will remove sam and Joyslins name and keep berin's name at AED 30

4. For the Harvest Festival donation of AED 10000, There is no yf receipt. Samson Achen mentioned that it was for the YF use, but as there is no receipt, i cannot acknowledge it.

5. Of the donation, I have tracked down anish's stated donation except the AED 22. this amount is abscounding with no referance

6. I dont have the physical actual cash in hand to know the actual values.

Queries:

to the YF 2013

1. Can an amount be claimed for the YF accounts without a bill?

to Alex:

1. Please comment of the Food Bill and the related food expenses for the Picnic.

to Anish:

1	How was the rent paid for the praise and Worship hall in March? There are no Receipts.
2	The donation Money received by Rev. samson Samuel during the Harvest Festival, there is no receipt in the YF receipt book. Pls Advice
3	Where did the additional Donation of AED 22 come from ( in the donations page )?
4	What is the actual cash in bank and cash in hand? Also do explain the 80 Fills in hand
5	Was the total collected for and given to the YS for the GYC? only 16100? We became a sponsor with that much cash? Wasn’t the cut off higher ( 20K )?
