April summary - YF

Dear team,
I am guessing everybody is like Phew!! We are done!!! …. J
It was a great experience to be part of the committee and bunch up together to carry out the YF activities. There were ups and downs but good that the entire team stood strong and together at all times. As we give way to the new team to takeover do keep them in prayers. Also do not disappear from attending any YF activities from April J
We will be having a handover meeting as soon as Samuel is back and everyone is free (Old & New Team). Till then please finalize or keep notes of information that needs to handed over to your counterpart. Incase of any physical items like song sheets and so on keep them ready. Our financial accounts need to be finalized soon.
Just a brief on activities for April :
Apr 4 Fri – No Friday weekly meet. We have the Yuvajna Sakhyam General Body @ 12pm.
Apr 5 Sat – Cottage fellowship @ Eibus place. Rejo & Rony can coordinate for this
Apr 11 Fri – No Friday weekly meet. UAE Centre meet @ Sharjah Church from 1:30pm. (At the discretion of new committee to have YF meeting)
Apr 18 Fri – No Friday meet since it is Good Friday.
Apr 21 Mon – Samson achen’s farewell. New & Old committee team to coordinate. More to be discussed.
Apr 25 Fri – Weekly meet will be there.
For April month we can have the Outreach provided we have homes to visit. I don’t think we can get Samson achen along as he is super busy.
Just a reminder please handover your contributions for Samson achen’s purse to Anish.
