Accounts Finalization

Dear Team,

Thanks Abbycha nad Jayachechi for the corrections. I have implemented the same. Considering that no one else has responded, may I forward the accounts with the following assumptions:

1. We did not pay the rent for the voice hall in the month of March and no cash was refunded to us for the same even after having the session.

2. We did not buy the cake for the cottage fellowship on:

13th July 2013 @ Jaison John Cherian's House

14th September 2013 @ Bobin and Elsa's House

7th December 2013 @ Feny and Siny's House

4th January 2013 @ Binu and Nisha's House

1st Febuary 2013 @ Tom and Betsy's House

8th March 2013 @ Ajoy and Marias Place

3, For the picnic, 

Berin is yet to pay AED 5

Sam Joy is yet to pay AED 35

Joyslin Sam is yet to pay AED 35

4. During the Harvest Festival, the donation of AED 1000 given to Rev. Samson Samuel was without Receipt.

5. And additional AED 22 is added to the donation without any receipt.

6. Our current Cash-in-Hand is AED 26,918.80 ( How do we have 80 fills in hand? )

Kindly Advice on what to do. Achen called today as well. Not a pretty scene to get yelled at on his birthday. Anyway, I would really appreciate a solution from any / every one. If you have not seen it, and to view any new updates, attached is the final file.

--For the birthday cakes that are missing you can skip, because I remember Anish saying it was sponsored - ie he was not taking cash   back from YF for it. and since we don't have any recipts don't include it.

-- for couples retreat summary page- you need the date for Shruti's & kochamma's farewell gift - It is 20-04-2014. Receipts attached.

Few point more 

For the Offertory which appears as 0 during the months of Sep,Oct,Nov (with no explanation) we did not have YF meetings those  days? Or is it that ofertory was not collected?

For GYC just a clarification, is the total amount collected only 16100? If that’s the case how come it was announced we got a collection of 20-30k? And we being printed as sponsor on the newspaper

For picnic there would be a food bill, Alex can give clarification for this.

Then who paid the rent?Surely,Nibin was convenor and Anish would've paid and we would've paid it our from the grant as is usual practice no ??

Mentioning that there was no cake will be misleading and lead to more questions. However , in the spreadsheet there was a query as to how many cottage meets we had? We had 12 cottage meetings in every month of our calendar year , we never missed any that's for sure)

3, For the picnic,          (Sam , you may ask them for their amounts gently although i'm not sure if Jocelyn was there along with Sam Joy..I think she was away...Berin was there though  )

However ,Achen clearly told me and Anish in Tom-Betsy's home for cottage meeting IN February that it was given anonymously as a 'contribution to the Youth Fellowship and its activities' and not in particular for the Harvest Festival!!)

5. And additional AED 22 is added to the donation without any receipt. (This is the balance amount or someone handed it over as a contribution ????)

6. Our current Cash-in-Hand is AED 26,918.80 ( How do we have 80 fills in hand? ) (80 fils is intriguing.However the 26K is no issue)

If you have not seen it, and to view any new updates, attached is the final file. (My two cents, this spreadsheet looks far better than how we first envisaged it. We meet as a committee once more, ratify , finally and then hand to Jinju to pass off and send to Achen and call for GB in the 1st week of August ,so Anish is here then as well and we formalize the hand-over. I have called Achen and wished him on his birthday. We can mail Achen the details as well after we've met and get it passed by Jinju soon enough)
