Warm Easter greetings to all  of  you!!!  Hope all of you are having a blessed one with the family and things are going good. Just to bring you all  upto speed with all that's happening and what will be needed of all of you. We want to start at 1930 hours...So if all of you can be be there  by 1830 it would be fantastic..So we can tie up any last-minute glitches. The party hall at  Bangalore Empire has been booked and includes food,projector and a very basic sound system of course. There will be chairs as well.  The little tasks  that we'll all need to come together to help out with on the day are as :

 

1. Arranging chairs  in the hall for 60 ppl : Alen Easow,Alex Thomas , Sibin Spurgeon, Rejo Philip.
2. Registration :  Jincy Abraham ,Nibin and Merlin (Draft list by Jincy , 35 per head) 
3. Setting up laptop and Projector :Rini Thomas,Reuben Kurien and Angela (Check the Audio and set it all up in good time)
4. Achen Purse : Anish Mathews
5. Activity : ABcha-Jaya/David - Kukku
6. Mikes and light  :Sam Joy and Blissen
7. Musical Equipment  : Samuel KP AND Shibu Thomas
8. Purse for Reverend  : Anish Mathews (to collect promised amounts)
9. Farewell Card : Serin George (finsh sign-offs before program starts) and Ansu
10. Ushers : Allen Easow,aLAN Mammen,Rony Thomas   Sibin Spurgeon and Ebin Mathew ,Rincey Rejo
11. Welcome  : Blissen Mathew
12. Program ORDER : Rony Thomas and Rejo Philip
13. Laptop : Rini Thomas 
14. Food Serving : David Thomas , Alex Thomas ,  ABcha ,Sam Joy ,Reuben ,Alan Easow, Alan Mammen and Jojy
15. The Reverend's Advocates  session : Eibu,Rejo and Rony

The go-to-man for anything needed on the day will be Mr.Riaz of Bangalore Empire  (055 823 4000).Also guys Ajoy will be out of station  and wont make it , but will be cheering us on from far,far away ;) :)....Now lets rally all the troops , get everyone going and make it a farwell to remember for Achen and family.
