Dear All,
As we have reached the last month of the financial year, request all the organisations those who are providing their annual report for adding to the Parish Annual report, to plan ahead so that the procedures can be completed in a timely manner.

You may please organise the annual account committees, auditing, Committees after auditing, general body etc.

Please note this is only a friendly heads up / reminder so that we all work as a team to complete the year-end procedures together that helps us in compiling the Annual reports book on time. However, for achieving this desired result, you may please act in line with your organisation requirements.

Let me thank you all for your support and please continue supporting me in fulfilling my duties and responsibilities.
